Includes Basic and a DISC Assessment.

DISC is used by organizations for pre-hire evaluation, team building, leadership training and to identify Core Competencies for success which translates into the specific questions asked during an interview.

Taking the DISC prior to interviewing will let you know how others see your performance in the workplace, your strengths and weaknesses and what type of work environment best suits your personality or how your are wired for success.

This is all debriefed in an hour session.
